What we do

Embark Foundation has initiated many projects and aligned it with organisations that are already successfully in place. We are totally involved in generating the necessary funds or resources to meet those needs. By enlisting the help of the greater community, we offer them the opportunity to be a part of something that is for the greater good of all.

Embark Foundation is an association incorporated under Section 21, registration number 2007/018438/08. It is registered with SARS as a public benefit organisation, registration number 930025695. NPO 197-019.

FEED A CHILD TODAY
For the past 18 years nutritional feeding is at the heart of our foundation; with 18 kitchens serving an average of 280 000 meals a month. FACT aims to provide regular, nutritious meals to children who are unable, by reason of lack of good quality food, to take full advantage of the education provided for them.

Florida Baby Home

The Florida Baby Home opened its doors eighteen years ago and is under the care of dedicated house parents, supported by a team of eight trained baby care givers. Our baby home offers safe accommodation and a loving environment to babies found abandoned, affected and/or infected with HIV/AIDS.

Forest Farm

is a residential care facility for people living with Cerebral Palsy. Our main objective is to offer emotional support to staff members and residents as well as financial assistance with the upkeep of wheel chairs & equipment.

Feeding the Elderly

Embark Foundation provides regular meals to senior citizens in vulnerable communities. These nutritional hot meals are prepared by our FACT kitchens and served on a daily basis.
